Dear
partners in prayer,
This is our weekly public prayer mail. We hope that everyone had a good Labor Day weekend.
This week's selective overview:
1) Belize activities are in full swing. People are
really keen on the subjects. Tanzanian faculty continue to have resources
available to them for their needs.
2) As for our US mission base, I have had good visits
with people this week, and have been very busy with course design, planning, and
teaching matters.
3) The devotional contribution has been submitted. I
liked the latest draft, the best. Thanks for your prayers.
4) I have finally resolved a technical challenge (that
had been passed along as part of the newest operating system for my
computer).
5) Several people have been consulting with me this
week about my experiences and recommendations, as part of their plans for
setting up an online program in another African country.
Prayer requests:
1) Pray for the students and faculty.
2)
Pray for the October visit to Belize, including the Cursillo Weekend. Plans are
in the process of being finalized.
3)
The diocesan office in Belize and I are attempting to set up appointments with
various people during my upcoming visit. Please pray that we make appointments
with the people with whom the Holy Spirit would want us to connect in a timely
manner, and that the conversations would be profitable and a blessing to
all.
In
Christ,
Shaw+, and on behalf of Julie+
