Scripture Prayer

Psalm 57: 9-11

  I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
    I will sing of you among the peoples.
 For great is your love, reaching to the heavens;
    your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
    let your glory be over all the earth.

Father God, today we pray for Father Shaw Mudge and for all that he does for you in Belize, in New York, in Connecticut and for his future work in Spanish speaking countries and in Tanzania. May his work everywhere show your glory.

We pray for his current trip to Belize.  Keep him safe, Lord.  May he truly make a difference to all with whom he comes in contact.  Continue to guide him with your Holy Spirit, Lord and may all his travel be safe and timely.

For his family a in the US.  Bless them Lord.  Open the doors that need opening so that each family member might fulfill your will for them.

For the people in Belize who need the Holy Spirit’s guidance and Jesus’ healing touch.  May Father Shaw and Bishop Philip be instrumental in accomplishing this objective.
