Dear Friends,
This is our public prayer mail of Sunday, 7 February 2016.
As I write this, we are beginning a week of Super Bowl Sunday, the New Hampshire Primaries Monday, Shrove Tuesday, and Ash Wednesday. May your week be blessed.
This week:
The Parish Development and Stewardship distance-learning course continues. It is getting good responses from the students, and I moved even closer to the end of the development of the Old Testament content course.
Thank you for your prayers! May you have a Holy Lent.
Your prayers are requested for the following:
A) For the Parish Development and Stewardship course students, and students taking other courses (being distance learning.
B) For the other ongoing ministries with Belizeans, including in my role as Examining Chaplain.
C) For the Holy Spirit's guidance throughout 2016, and plans ahead.
D) For the printing of the Province of the West Indies Spanish Prayer Book in a timely manner, and for the next round of ordinations in Belize (possibly April, the plans are not set in place).
E) For safe and timely travel, and for good weather.
F) For relatives and friends who face challenges.
Thank you for praying. I pray for you every day.
God bless you.
Shaw, and on behalf of Julie.
