Scripture Prayer July 24

Psalm 16:11
 
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forever more.
 
Father God, there are so many reasons to thank and praise You and this verse provides three of them.  We thank You, Lord, that You make known the path of life; that in your presence is fullness of joy; and that at your right hand are pleasures forever more.
 
We thank You for the guidance that you send to Father Shaw and Mother Julie Mudge.  Thank You for showing them your plans for their mission.  Be with them as they prepare new courses, give presentations at churches and missions conferences, and as Father Shaw plans for an October trip to Belize.
 
We thank You for the gifts of joy and pleasure.  May these be evident as Shaw celebrates his big birthday and as the Mudges get ready for a little vacation time.
 
We thank You, Lord, that You make known the path of life; that in your presence is fullness of joy; and that at your right hand are pleasures forever more.  Amen.
