Dear partners in prayer,This is our public prayer mail for June 24.This week's selective overview:Welcome to summer in the northern hemisphere and winter in the southern hemisphere; meanwhile, dry season continues in Central America (at least, in theory).I continue with ongoing projects related to Belize. On my plate at the moment: the Walk Thru Daily Office Web site, preparing for upcoming courses and updating current ones, acting as a go-between to have the Church in the Province of West Indies Book of Common Prayer completed in Spanish, helping people through the ordination process in Belize, helping get courses translated into Spanish for use throughout Central America and elsewhere (though the major push will start in August), and upcoming mission presentations to parishes in the Diocese of Albany in July, August, and September. Our Moodle software upgrade to the newest version went well, this week. Our program is now on a server in India, and this was our first upgrade from India. Fantastic job.Our Connecticut base will be moving in August, and we are preparing for that. The June newsletter has more detail. My mom is improving. Thank you for your prayers. (Keep praying)Prayer requests:1) Pray for all that I mentioned above, and for the preparations for (and timing of) my next trip to Belize.2) Pray for Julie and my plans; our pending move (at least two phases coming up), for Julie starting her new job at the end of June as Director of Pastoral Care for two hospitals in upstate Connecticut and the winding down of her CPE program across July. Our helping out at Trinity, Tariffville, CT, as needed.3) Pray for my Mom, her plans, her doctors and their advice, our role in all of this, and for my family of origin.4) Pray for Lydia as she prepares for Bridger work regarding Honduras. She has missionary training coming up in July.Thank you for your prayers. God bless you.In Christ,Shaw+, and on behalf of Julie+ and Lydia.I pray for you, everyday. Your prayers are making a difference. Thank you.
