Prayer Mail

Dear Friends,

This is our public prayer mail for Tuesday October 21.

I arrived safely back from Belize.

The week has been filled with the next steps in the ministry in Belize.

Prayer requests:

1) That proposals from Synod be implemented over the next 15 years, in God's timing and in God's way (in the areas of fellowship, outreach, youth, Commission on Ministry, and Stewardship/Finance), and especially prayer for my part in this.

2) For the winding down of the Anglican History course (What God has been doing in Anglicanism), and preparing for the next courses.

3) That the Transitional Deacons move forward in the Holy Spirit towards ordination to the Presbyterate (in about another year).

4) Preparation of the next people/person to be ordained Deacon (early 2015).

5) For God's timing of my visits to Belize in 2015, for my work in the U.S. for the Diocese of Belize, and for my work while in Belize. I can't tell you enough how much your prayers are really making things happen.

6) For parish visitations in the U.S.

7) For the Diocese of Albany Mission Workshop that is coming up in about two weeks; that I would say what the Holy Spirit would lead me to say.

8) For Lydia's mission work in Honduras (beginning in less than two months).

9) For God's provision for all our needs both here and abroad.

10) Julie has a birthday this week, and I pray that her next year be exceedingly fruitful.

God bless you,

Shaw+, and on behalf of Julie+ and Lydia
I pray for you every day.
